  • Ensure adequate insurances are effected for the body corporate
  • Obtain competitive insurance quotations each year for renewal
  • Pay insurance premiums
  • Lodge and follow up on body corporate insurance claims

Maintenance of Rolls and Registers

  • Maintain the Roll and Registers of the body corporate. These documents must be kept accurate and kept up to date at all times.
  • Ensure the roll is available for inspection, supervision of those inspections, and ensuring that Body Corporate Disclosure Statements & Information Certificates are delivered promptly.

Implementation of Decisions and By-Laws

  • Ensure adequate insurances are effected for the body corporate
  • Implement all the decisions of the body corporate and the committee.
  • Assist with the implementation of the body corporate by-laws. (CMS)
